It's always really great to do something a little bit different and this gig down at the Sofitel at the Gold Coast was really fantastic. We had been hired by Loud Events, a really cool events company from Brisbane, to do some green screen photography at the annual JB Hifi Movie Conference. Now, there's not much that unusual in that we thought - just the standard green-screen shots, drop in a backdrop and then some on-site printing - however, we didn't count on Twentieth Century Fox being the major sponsors and so able to supply some REALLY cool backdrops from various movies & TV Shows. Even better was the fact that Loud Events had arranged for members of the Imperial 501st legion and their boss, no less than Darth Vader himself, to be there. Needless to say, the chance to photographed with the Dark Lord of the Sith and his cohorts made the photos the most popular thing at a function where there was so much cool stuff to do. We had an absolute blast and have to thank Helena at Loud events for the opportunity and the guys from the 501st Legion who were amazing.
