I've just been commisioned to shoot a range of imagery for the new edition of the Lockyer Valley regional tourism guide and we are looking to create some realy dramatic and eye-catching photo's that show this wonderfully diverse region at it's very best.

One of the most fabulous parts of being a photographer is being invited into people's lives to share their special occasions. Even more amazing, and very flattering, is when you keep being invited back into people's live. Scott and Susan the perfect example of this - we were lucky enough to shoot their wedding a few years ago and then were invited back to photograph their newborn twins last year. This year we again got the chance to photograph the twins for their fist birthday and we had a great time at the studio capturing some fabulous memories for a couple who are now very good friends.

I've always really loved Autumn - the clear crisp mornings, the stunning colours of the vegetation and the wonderful sunsets that often come along. This last week has seen some of the best autumnal weather at home and I've captured some great images at home.

With our own little supermodel Zoe involved in this parade, I just had to capture some shots. This was a really fun and well choreographed fashion parade - much better than some of the rather dull ones you can get at some smaller expo's.

Wow, it's unbelievable to think it's May already - where is the year going!! Last Saturday we had the pleasure to be invited to be part of Rebecca & Chris' special day in the heart of Brisbane at the Victoria Park Golf Club. With picture perfect autumnal weather and the big Pink Hummer adding a touch of Las Vegas to the proceedings, we had a great day in and around the Golf Club and down at the Brisbane River Boardwalk for some evening photos. Back at the reception, Paramount did an excellent job of getting everybody up and dancing at the reception with the dry-ice effect adding to the emotion of the Bec & Chris'first dance. Another fabulous day and thanks to Bec and Chris for letting us play our part.
