The last day of Autumn found us heading up to the Sunshine Coast hinterland hideaway of Montville for Jess & Mick's wedding at the Narrows Escape Rainforest Retreat, close to Lake Baroon. It was a stunning day and we had so much fun capturing all the action for this lovely couple in the gorgeous surrounds and then there was the sunset - oh wow!
And so yea, our old place did sell and now we're very happily settled into our new place in the heart of the city in Roma Street Parklands. With stunning. almost 360 panoramas from our home, and the stunning gardens as our backyard, we're looking forward to spending some happy times and creating wonderful memories here...
With the Brisbane real estate market going crazy, we have been capturing plenty of other homes about to go under the hammer. One stand-out property has been this utterly stunning townhouse in Kangaroo Point. We did indoor and outdoor daytime, twilight and drone shots to showcase its fabulous architectural splendour and its superb location...
OK - we nearly spoke too soon in the last post and the snap lockdown nearly laid waste to our plans for an easter escape, but Brisbane did the right thing, the virus didn't win and we all got away to help out the struggling tourist sector. If only the weather had got the memo...
It's been so good having COVID restrictions lifted and things almost (though not quite) back to normal. Being able to take part in bigger events, like the annual Same Same Wedding Expo at the Powerhouse, has felt so good this year and we can't wait until everyone has their jabs and COVID is just a thing of the past...
Although we've been in the process of relocating, we've still been extremely busy with a huge variety of photo and video work, including a lovely afternoon at North Lakes with Rachel & Keiran. Having had their planned celebrations curtailed by COVID in 2020, they had rebooked for a little later this year, but, as you will see, life sometimes gets in the way, and, with an arrival imminent, brought forward their date. It was definitely third time lucky though as you will see...
