Jackie & Steve's Wedding

The last weekend in september found us up at Highfields, near Toowoomba for Jackie & Steve's special day. I'm guessing that the new Queensland Tourism slogan - "where Australia shines" was conceived before this Wedding season because once again the weather gods were out to make life tricky for us!! Jackie & Steve had chosen the Pioneer Village at Highfields for their ceremony and reception and after a really fun e-shoot earlier in the year we were all looking forward to a great day and it certainly didn't disappoint. In the end the rain actually stayed away and Jackie & Steve were able to enjoy a magical day with their friends and family amongst the historic buildings. nadine will have a video from the day on her blog soon and we'd like to say thanks to Jackie & Steve for letting us be part of their day.
