The When Freddie Met Lilly collection launch has been a hugely anticipated event in the Brisbane fashion calendar for several years now, with the sexy sophisticated gowns and sharp suits that identify the brand being de-rigeur in the wardrobes of the city's fashion leaders. This year though, chief designer Vanessa Hoe & her team took the bar even higher, hosting an outstanding gala event at Mirra in Fortitude Valley attended by 300 guests. With a real red-carpet arrival, including your's truly providing a proper paparazzi experience on the media wall (see more pics here), guests were treated to the very best of Brisbane's fashion scene on a thoroughly memorable evening that included two stunning new collection launches.
